Our soils are poor and they are appropriately exposed to the sun;
the varieties we selected are very low in production and of high genetic quality.

Tasks in the lands are based in organic agriculture, without application of herbicides, insecticides, nor chemical fertilizers, using sulphur as the only fungicide, and having respect for biodinamics.

All of these aspects interact in order to elaborate the different musts with great concentration of colour and aromas, values for acidity, ph, alcohol, ... appropriate for producing the fermentacions and subsequent ageing.

July, when grapes carry out the change of colour, and ripening stage starts.
