d'en Romeu 2000 - Aged red wine. 12 months in new oak barriques of fine
grain (Allier) and lightly toasted. All of the grapes come from our own lands.

Elaboration:
stainless steel tanks. Fermatation took 30 days. Then a 3 month-rest with natural
decanting in stainless steel tanks before starting the 12 months aging in French
oak barrels. Slightly filtered.
